Our crayfish tailmeat come from wild caught Chinese crayfish, which live in both rivers and lakes in the central part of the country. Our crayfish are caught in cages and emptied daily by local fishermen. The live crayfish are then transported to the factory for further processing. At the factory, the crayfish are boiled, peeled and immediately frozen to maintain the fresh quality.
We recommend our dill marinated crayfish tailmeat for an avocado salad, a mixed seafood salad or simply as decoration on a buffet, where the beautiful red color really stands out.
